Wow... Looks like everyone's been buzy with countless updates, even blogger.com. I'm not sure whether i wanna change over to the new system. Seems complicated.

Did a mix of free weights and cardio jst now. Met an old acquaintance, a-friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend, whom, i am embarassed to say, i forgot. Can't blame me, the last time we actually crossed paths was eons ago! Anyway, i rarely mingle around with people like that. You know, the loud & prominent kind...

Also training was the only thing on my mind just now. Was totally 'in the zone' trying to psyche myself up. i guess i wasn't that approchable since i got the 'stink face' on... sorry, but i cant do shrugs smiling away like an ass... It's serious stuff. She must've thought i was being anti-social or something. ohwels...

Can't wait for the holidays. Lots of travelling to do. He he. *hold your horses fid, you still got the final exams to think about...* Work's been ok. School's been ok.
