Just came back from a jog with rid. Was hoping to jog in the rain, but it didnt happen. The sky's all fiery red, guess it'll start to pour only in the early morn.

Went to the spankingly new Giant Tampines with my mom last night, since i got nothing better to do. A last minute kinda thing. Was all ready to go alone, 'cos i was in the mood to explore. *I dont know why, but i had the greatest urge to go. Didnt care how i was suppose to get back. Just go.*

That's when she came back from work and offered to tag along. She must really want to go out, even after working a 12-hour shift. Anyway, my mom makes a great company, so i didnt mind. It's been quite a long since i went out and had a good talk with her. And so we started out on our great journey... The place's like any other hypermarket you'd go to in malaysia, only difference is that the prices are in singapore dollars. That stopped me from grabbing stuff like there was no tomorrow.

Bought stuff like chicken, veg. and the works. Cos im starting my training again. The makcik at the cashier counter looked shagged to the bones. My mom striked up a conversation with her since she looked so bored. She works from 2pm-12am, but can only go home at 3am, due to the checks and balances. Damn, thats tough. Heard she was gonna quit the next day, whether the manager liked it or not. *Salut* Transport to and from Giant was a killer, had to take taxis. But i was happy with what i got, my chicken stash.
